The Palm House is one of Kew Gardens biggest attractions. It is literally a giant glass green house filled to the brim with different palm plants and trees. The architecture of the house is beautiful and creates stunning shots. Even the stairs have a nice art deco feel to them. The glass house gets very warm and moist and we found that our cameras kept getting foggy with moisture and weren't sure how our film camera shots were going to turn out. They ended up working but it's just worth noting how difficult it was trying to shoot with film there.

 

It gives off tropical vibes that makes you forget that you're in London and makes you feel as if you're in a rainforest. The Palm house is nice destination to give you a break from the dull grey of London and allows you to breathe in fresh air and surround yourself in green goodness.

 

Kew Gardens is a huge place. We suggest that you get there early and spend the whole day wandering through the park. Also Kew itself is a nice little stop off, only filled with a few little shops that may perk an interest whilst you're waiting for your train back to the city.
